The Wharf site is due to re-open in early December 2018 as a Bus Interchange with limited coach board/alight and layover provision.

The Wharf coach park is currently closed for reconstruction.

Alternative facilities are temporarily available at the Bus Station in Market Street, Newbury, postcode RG14 5DP.

Drivers can board and alight customers in either Bay B or Bay H (customers must stay on the passenger concourse side of the Bus Station and must not under any circumstances go into the roadway/bus turning area).  Layover for up to 45 minutes is available in spaces 6, 7 or 8 at back of the Bus Station.  These arrangements are on a first come first served basis.  Drivers crossing from the layover spaces to the pavement must wear a hi-visibility vest or jacket.

Layover only, for in excess of 45 minutes, is available at Newbury Rugby Club, Monks Lane, RG14 7RW.
